Orders cannot be canceled. Once the payment is made, the order will go out.
The merchandise requested by the Buyer will be sent through the parcel service, who will take it to the address indicated by the client within the estimated term indicated in the order form, and in any case within a maximum legal term of 30 days. Once the Buyer sends the Seller the request containing his order, the latter will send him an acknowledgment of receipt of the order made.
The Buyer will have a period of fifteen (15) days to return the product, as long as the container has not been opened. This term will be computed from the payment of the purchase of the order by the customer. In this case, the Buyer will notify the Seller, within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, of his desire to exercise the right of return. Shipping costs in the event of a return, not attributable to a product defect, will not be reimbursed. Likewise, the management of the shipment of the product to be returned and the return costs will be paid by the customer.
Returns of products that due to misuse or not having the original packaging cannot be put on sale again, unless it was sent in poor condition on our part or suffers a factory defect. In the case of being an error of the seller and once the returned products are already in the warehouses of ZERO FOODS SL, the return will be made.
The Buyer is solely responsible for the information provided when placing the order. Therefore, the Seller declines all responsibility derived from errors, such as the impossibility of delivery due to an incorrect address or other anomalies.
